How long until my order is ready?+
Most Click & Collect orders are picked, checked and ready within 60 minutes during opening hours. We send an SMS and email the moment it is ready.
Where do I collect from?+
From our yard at Jaguar House, Victoria Square, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 4JH. Pull into the yard and show your order number at the trade counter.
Can someone else collect on my behalf?+
Yes. They will need your order confirmation number and may be asked for ID. For card-paid orders we may also ask to see the payment card.
Is there a charge for Click & Collect?+
No — collection is completely free, whatever the order value.
What if I order near closing time?+
Orders placed within an hour of closing may be ready the next working day. We will confirm by SMS and email as soon as yours is ready.

Free local delivery on qualifying orders over £100, from our Hanley branch across roughly a 40-mile radius.
